Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that during high-volume periods, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
JOHNCROW Brand is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges required by their country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
